COZY COASTAL COTTAGE, Boaters Paradise At Naples Bay, Pickleball, Spa, Free Wifi

Built with love in 2018 and decorated dream house just a few meters from the Naples Bay. Here, no wish remains open. The kitchen is lovingly and generously equipped, garage and driveway are available as parking. The hot tub on the west-facing terrace is provided by arrangement.

A dream for every boat lover. At the end of the street there is a public dock where your own boat can be dropped into the water. Within a few minutes you are on the most beautiful beaches of Florida.

The house is completely furnished in Florida style. It has three generous bedrooms, two bathrooms and a west-facing terrace.
The minimum age for all tenants is 40 years.

Welcome to our 2019 newly completed Coastal Cottage holiday home! We offer all you need for your Florida retreat. Vaulted ceilings, high end living space, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with Florida sunshine. The split floor plan offers a king size bedroom and two queen size beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and wants to be loved by every chef. Sun bathing, refreshing, and relaxing right away. Our screened lanai with outdoor exposure set, chaise lounges, table for six and a parasol so you can start sun bathing, refreshing and relaxing right away. The use of the whirl pool is optional, please ask if you are interested.
Our brand new coastal cottage is located only two minutes from Naples bay. If you take a short walk down the road to the west, you will get to Bayview Park, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Naples Bay. You will be surrounded by the beautiful scenery of small fishing boats passing by, bringing in their catch, and attracting them. Naples 'gorgeous sunsets. We like to bring our beach chairs to the Bay and spend some time watching the boats passing by, or enjoying one of Naples' gorgeous sunsets. Oftentimes, there are dolphins, pelicans, and other exotic animals to see.

It takes only ten minutes by car to reach the beautiful beaches of Naples and there are plenty of parking spots and beach access points. Given that our Coastal Cottage is close to Downtown and Old Naples, you can easily spend your evenings going to the beautiful 5th Avenue or 3rd Street, where you can finish the day with a glass of wine, or maybe enjoy the fine dining experience at one of Naples' well-known restaurants.

Right next to the East Naples Community Park. It is known for hosting the annual US Open Pickleball Championships, which is similar to Tennis in the United States. The park also provides basketball hoops, or you can join one of the classes offered, such as Zumba, which we enjoy and recommend dearly.

At Sugden Regional Park, right across the road from there, you can enjoy the view across Lake Avalon. You can try canoeing, go for a walk, or enjoy your food in one of the picnic areas.

Celebration Park: Well-chosen restaurants cater their specialties from food trucks, and often there is live music to make an evening entertaining. Celebration Park and other local hotspots can be found along Bayshore.

Beautiful house in an excellent location!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Coastal Cottage and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect-close to beaches and 5th Avenue. The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The managers were communicative and very pleasant to deal with.

Beautiful Naples Home

This home is beautifully decorated. Full kitchen cabinets for all your cooking needs. The enclosed Lanai is very private, includes a hot tub for a small fee. It is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful Marina! It's fun to sit on the front porch and watch all the boaters go by. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable home. I definitely recommend this home for relaxation and sunshine in Naples!

Really nice house

We were delighted with our house. It was very modern but quite cosy. We loved that it had a screened in outside deck where we ate every breakfast and some lunches. We also sat outside to read and have afternoon coffee. Twice we walked to the end of the street to the marina to watch the boats come and go. We were 20-25 minutes away from my sister's house in Pelican Bay, and 30 minutes away from the bridge center but that negative was far outweighed by the spacious comfort of the house.

The property was as clean and well equipped. Roughly half the cups were chipped and should be replaced. Using the whistling kettle was a bit of a pain. Suggest the owner purchase an electric kettle.

This house is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is nice as we were right down the street from a nice little park and boat ramp which made for great people watching. We can't recommend this relaxing retreat highly enough. Perfection!

This delightful beach house was filled with charm and stocked with everything we needed for the perfect Naples getaway. Every room is exquisitely decorated in soothing pastels. The beds and bathrooms are heavenly. The cozy den is perfect for family game nights. We enjoyed the gorgeous weather sunning ourselves on comfy lounging chairs in the covered lanai. We grilled and dined outside every night with a gulf breeze blowing gently. The kitchen is loaded with amenities -- including a massive refrigerator, large stovetop, and beautiful dinnerware. Bonus: It's a quick stroll to Bayview Park and a quick bike ride (bikes provided!) to the Naples Botanical Gardens. Jackpot: If you are a pickleball fanatic, the East Naples Community Park is right around the corner to feed your addiction!

Naples trip

Overall we all were extremely pleased by this property. The location worked well for us. A short walk to the park was very nice. The bait shop down the street, oddly, was fantastic. They have fresh fish on fridays. Be aware the line forms early. The only issue i had was that i was charged for two extra guests. We had four in our party. I do not believe that would have changed my selection but it would have been nice to have had a better explanation in the details. Will i look at this property on my next trip to naples…you bet!

Nice location and beautiful property.

This beautiful property is conveniently located for quick access to 5th Ave, the beach and Sugden Park which is one of our favorite parks in the area. There is a marina at the end of the street where you can enjoy watching shore birds, sunset and boating activities. The traffic can be busy on weekends with boat trailers up and down the street. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed manys evenings on the lanai.
