The great room features soft comfortable couches, flat-screen TV. The open gourmet kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bar and dining area with seating for 6. Kitchen is fully equipped! The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with tub and separate shower and walk-in closet. One bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and a ceiling fan, 2nd bedroom has a king size and a ceiling fan. There is a jack and jill bathroom between two bedrooms. The lanai is fully enclosed. Community pool, sauna, gym, tennis courts are all included.
Seasonal rental from January through April is $6,000 per month. April through September is $4,000 per month and October through December is $5,000 per month. Annual rental is $4,000 per month. All utilities are included including electric, water, cable and internet.

Beautifully decorated, great beds- 2 kings!
Well equipped kitchen but a toaster and iron and beach chairs would have been nice .
Also tv was difficult could only get news.
If those adjustments were made it would be perfect.
Great location
Ok pool- more for tennis.
