Great stuff. My wife forgot her rings at the hotel. Very valuable. The stuff took it from the room and put it in lost and found. When we got there they helped us to find it and was very kind. It was a very stressful moments when we realized that we are missing this rings. Big thank you to the lady the hpuse manager who was there to help us with this stressful situation.

dirty room. and not cleaned well after first night. called housekeeping and a manger came along with staff support. they took care of cleaning. yet it seems that this issue is common at this hotel. overall hotel is awkwardly paid out. and restaurant has sub par food. parking cost seem very high for a suburban sprawl style hotel

Everything about this place is top notch. Location, service, amenities all at an affordable (Naples) price. Rooftop bar has great food and drinks. And of course, the ambience is upscale beautiful.Aaron bartending was great.

Great Place to stay

Great Locations, Beautiful rooms- clean, brand new, large, comfortable. Lobbies are tastefully decorated, brand new, very comfortable and clean. Beautiful deck and the bar. Only note- breakfast was just ok. looked better then tasted ( eggs tasted like they were microwaved :)). Not a big deal though. Would stay again!
