Very good stay. Super central location. Friendly and helpful staff. A couple of details missing - Could have done with two facecloths - ( most people like their own one to use!), more milk sachets - to make tea and coffee for two people per day , four mini milk sachets doesn’t cut it!! Also, no dishwash to hand wash the dishes , nor a dishcloth to wipe up bench spills made it tricky. These are easy fixes and it would not stop me staying again.

First time back after opening of new road replacing The Gorge. Great improvement! Some excellent new restaurants (Madame Social especially) and some old favs doing well (fish at Mr D's was memorable). The enormous south at the Upper Norwood cafe was absolutely wonderful.

Nice and quiet. Very friendly and welcoming receptionist. Went above and beyond. They lift for the carpark was also a unique feature.

Had a comfortable 3 day stay in Central Napier. Bed was comfortable and room was a good size. I was happy with the kichen facilties, which we used to cook a meal. Persons on reception were very courteous.

Property was very clean, however dated. Rooms were fantastic and service great. The only downside was the the parking, extremely small spaces, and extremely hard to manoeuvre in the garage.
