Misclassified campsite as a hotel room. Which makes some sense, as it was too low a price for a room. But also too much money for camping in a field with noisy neighbours and few (non-child) amenities. Regretted my choice. Napier is lovely though!

The amenities were amazing special for kids, the facilities were all very clean and the staff were very attentive and would go out of their way with any request. Highly recommend and will be staying again in the future

We arrived at 2pm and the room was not ready. They put us in a motel room when we booked a luxury twin room with a picture of a striped gold background wall. Kennedy Park said Expedia were wrong. However K Park has that same picture. There was no water in the room as contractors cut it off without telling reception. They said take a shower at the pool! I emailed Expedia who contacted K Park and got upgraded to a villa. K Park argued that Expedia made a mistake. I think they double booked and downgrade us initially.

This stay was quite good. Bed very comfortable. Was a a bit small and it was difficult as no where to put cases and other luggage. My husband a large man so we found it very restricted. Otherwise very nice
