Lake public landings, 3 Red River boat launches, grocery store, City of Natchitoches, all in drives 30 min are less. Free boat and trailer parking.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Trash barrel is located under carport
Leave the keys on kitchen table
Set ac unit to 79degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Park in Driveway or carport only. Starter supply of toilet paper, soap. shampoo, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish soap for your convenience.
No visitors or over night guests. Your nightly rate pay for two adults and two children under age 16. Extra guest charge is $20 per night per guest.
I have a 800 number posted inside utility room, guest will need to check for any burn bands before making fire in fire pit.

Girls Christmas vaca

Delightful! Lovely home, comfortable, beautifully decorated. Host provided an array of helpful information, things to do, restaurants, directions, and totally available to make our stay an adventure. We look forward to our next trip... Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

Older Home in Secluded Neighborhood

Beautiful outdoor property with lake view. Home was spacious and clean. Everything worked well but the interior of the home could use some repairs. Overall a nice, comfortable visit.

Great Stay!

We had a fabulous time! The host and hostess went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was well stocked with dishes etc…. Sandra gave us a great tour of an old saw mill ,that was cool. Met their boys and some other friends and family. The lake was beautiful and some fun fishing. We will definitely be staying again.

The views from the house are nice, as are the outside sitting areas. It’s an ~ 80 year old house that was built by the owner’s family. Very warm throughout.

Country retreat

The entire rental process was so easy and Sandra our hostess was very attentive. We were somewhat surprised that we were 30 minutes from Town but the beauty of the lake made up for it. Cosy farm house with room for privacy.

Great Location

The owners were great!! Sandra showed us around the property and house, made us feel at home . Also never before has anyone ever baked a cake upon arrival. Very nice people! The property is great. The views of the lake are a plus. In the area for family and wedding. The location was perfect. House was clean. Nice and homey. Quite neighborhood. Will stay again .

Bayou Bachelorette Party

The house was lovely and the setting was quiet and peaceful. The lake view was gorgeous. Close enough to several cities with tons of shopping and tourist activities. I would definitely recommend this location to others. Hosts were attentive and helpful.
