Beyond the off-street paved parking, it also includes additional 45' off-street parking. Close to NNU, hospitals, shopping, banking, restaurants, parks & Wilson Creek walking paths Idaho Center, Nampa's Huge Recreation Center. Home is literally 1-3 blocks from Albertsons grocery & shopping center, Walmart, banking, pizza, subs, sushi, frozen yogurt, nail spa, etc. (all within walking distance).
