Nairobi West accommodation with spa

The place was nice. The food was good and delicious for the price. The room was neat and clean. The bathroom however wasn't pleasant. Overall it is a nice place.

Great hotel to stay in. Close to the airport. 4th yr coming to stay after a late flight. The amenities are good. The rooms are clean. The buffet breakfast never disappoints. Service is always good. From the free shuttle to the front desk to the servers . Will be back next year again

Clean room. After a full day of flying from Dallas Texas the check in was simple. We took advantage of the spa the next day to help with jet lag. Jane who gave me my massage did a fantastic job. As she is a physical therapist her knowledge of anatomy was good. She knew the joints and muscles just right to give an exceptional massage. I found the location, cleanliness and service staff excellent.

Modern, fresh, great customer service and we loved the food and bar menus and ambience. Large spacious room and perfect location for our needs. Would definitely stay again!

The staff went above and beyond to anticipate and accommodate every need or request. The property is beautiful! Highly recommend!

Paris was a great hostess every morning at breakfast. Other staff members were also very helpful during my stay. As an amputee i would like to have more available accessible options in the washroom and showers.
