The Elite Residence is in a great location and has stunning views and facilities, but this specific apartment was a major letdown. While it may be good for a short stay, there are definitely other places in the area of better value. The Issues: Poor Maintenance: Stiff doors that won't shut, loose floorboards, and several non-functional electrical sockets. 8Mbs internet. Lack of Essentials: No clothes dryer was provided. The shower head (the cheapest model available at Carrefour) had such low pressure it was impossible to wash long hair. Cleanliness & Storage: The toilet had visible rust or dirt marks, bathroom storage was minimal, and a random carpet was stashed in a cupboard, wasting space. Unresponsive Management: The owners were not attentive and often dismissed our requests.
