Very comfortable stay & it’s right in the middle of the centre of Okinawa. Only down side I would say is the staff isn’t always there and they have an iPad for check-in and out. So it’s convenient for that. However, we had some trouble paying for parking since there was no staff & they came to our room to tell us to pay about 2 days later. Not a deal breaker just something to take note of

The one thing i didn't like about this property was the noise because you hear all the cars on the road and that wasn't my main problem my main problem was that I could never get a full nights sleep and let me tell you why. The reason i couldn't get a full nights sleep is because you always hear the person below, on the sides or above you which was annoying and I'm starting to think they were walking or stomping aggressively because when i would walk around my room it never sounded like that. Something else i want to add is that you have to pay for everything like as in extra towels and also when i asked about switching to a quieter room they told me they'd let me know but never did. Another thing is that you have to pay for parking which is a waste because the hotel wants 1500 yen a day when there's a times parking lot a block away that will only charge 550 yen for 24 hours and it takes card unlike most pay to park places in Japan And something else I wanted to add besides the towels is that they never ask you if you need cleaning or anything like that Overall I would never recommend this hotel to anyone so I'd recommend staying away from that place

We enjoyed our stay. It was closed to grocery store, Lawson, 7-11 & a great Cafe. One of the best thing besides everything else is they offer free washing & drying. They provide detergent & fabric softener. Not a lot of other hotels does that. A

I like the property and it is clean. The only issue is that they only clean the rooms once in 3 days and we need to inform the reception desk 1 day before the cleaning. if we are out the whole day, by the time i got back into the hotel, the reception desk is closed so i have no way to inform them when to clean the good. i will prefer daily cleaning. but overall nice hotel, nice rooms and it's clean when we check in.
