Beautiful house on golf course with amazing sunset views and Beach Club access

Located at Milepost 15, in the Baymeadows section of the Village at Nags Head, the house is located on the sound side overlooking the 7th fairway of the golf course with a nice view of the sound. A grocery store and local shopping are within walking distance from the house (one mile) and restaurants and entertainment are only a short drive away.

During your stay, you will have access to the Village at Nags Head 'members-only' beach club during the season (Memorial Day- Labor Day). The club has private access to the beach, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis courts, arcade and activities for the kids, showers and a bar/restaurant with great lunches at reasonable prices. You won't need to pack food and haul coolers if you don't want to! .

On the ground level of the house you will find an outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off. There is also a closet with beach chairs, beach toys and four bikes for roaming around.

On the entry level, you can relax in the master bedroom with a king sized bed and master bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms on this level. One has a queen sized bed and the other bedroom has a king sized bed. The washer/dryer are located on this level as well as a second full bathroom. All of the bedrooms have TVs and a door out to one of the many decks.

On the sunny top level you will find a well equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen has everything you need to make you feel at home during your stay. Relax in the living room with a 42-inch TV, Stereo/CD, and DVD player. There is also a half bath on this level.

Our location is perfect for families. The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and backs up to the golf course. It has a large front deck with four Adirondack chairs and a hammock for relaxing. It has a back deck on both levels with stairs for easy access between the two decks.

We are within a short distance of putt-putt, go-carts, beach stores, movie theaters, bowling lanes, and many fabulous restaurants. There are a wide variety of water sports available -- jet skiing, para-sailing, water skiing and kayaking to name a few. For bargain shoppers the Outlet Mall is only one mile away and includes stores such as Ralph Lauren, Coach, Gap, J Crew and many more.

The charming town of Manteo is only 10 minutes away and there is also the Wright Brothers Monument, Jockey's Ridge Sand Dunes, North Carolina Aquarium and much, much more for you to visit.

We loved the house. The beds were comfortable. And the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts, lunches to bring to the beach and dinners in. The bikes and the beach chairs were a huge plus. We loved the decks especially the hammock. Great location and loved that we had access to the beach club pool and easy access to the beach. Convenient to grocery stores and many great restaurants. We loved the house and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nags Head.

This house was perfect for our family of 5! It was clean, great layout and the decks were awesome for hanging out & viewing far away storms. My daughter lounged in the hammock whenever we weren’t out and about. Access to the pool & beach were great. We used the beach chairs & a boogie board which was awesome since we came from CO & weren’t bringing any beach gear with us. We road bikes to the Sound several nights to watch the sunset. We had a wonderful trip and would stay here again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was exactly as pictured online. I could not have asked for a better location. Linda was attentive and quick to answer any questions that come up. Not only was it clean she had anything you could possibly need there just in case. We will definitely book again.

Very convenient to grocery store, beach and pool access were easy and convenient as well. Home was just as advertised, well appointed and very comfortable for our family of 4. Relaxing Spring Break Getaway

There are sliding doors where you can see the sunset. House is very clean and I appreciate that all bedrooms have a king or queen bed. We went during spring break so the town was relaxed and the weather was great. I would definitely go back to this house.

Great OBX Stay

The house was immaculate and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with various supplies, dishes & pans. The storage was stocked with multiple bikes, chairs & umbrellas. The house was walking distance to the beach, but with the highway, we ended up driving because we have younger kids. Only thing that would have made it better would have been if we rented a golf cart for local travel. It was our first time staying in OBX & the house helped make it a great experience!

Best Vacation!

My family and I had an amazing time! The house was perfect. Very clean, lots of space, host was gracious to include a welcome package, linens, towels and beach supplies! Communication was excellent! Answered all of our questions, gave us suggestions and checked in during the week! House is close to sooo many things! Grocery store, restaurants, shopping, mini golf, outlets! The Beach Club was a HUGE hit! We swam, had lunch and utilized the private beach access and convenient parking! We can’t wait to visit OBX again and hopefully book the same rental! Family Vacation

We loved this house! It was in a beautiful golf course neighborhood and it also very quiet. The house was clean and very well maintained. We loved having the living room and kitchen on the second floor. There were a lot of windows which allowed for beautiful views. The house gave you access to a pool and beach which was just across the street. Also the owner was very nice and responsive. We saved the address in case we vacation at the outer banks again.
