House is older, has a lot of potential. Furniture needs to be moved when staff comes in to clean, I had to move the recliner to get something I dropped and under it to as obvious it had not been vacuumed in some time. Washing machine tray was hideous and would not work, I had to clean it just so I could clean my clothing, Temperature was difficult to navigate as the owners were out of area and had control over it so it was too hot or too cold, This time of year is hard since we go through all seasons in one day. While I was there a pear company came and entered the home without my knowledge, only reason I knew is because he was there ready to leave when I pulled in and I asked who it was and he told us and said he was inside to just be careful around the perimeter as he just sprayed inside. A heads up on that would have been nice so I could have at least secured my things or even had arranged to stay. Garbage was an issue there were clear directions and it appeared they were not held up to by previous renter, there was a full bin outside. Due to high winds we woke up one day to that bin knocked over an spread all over the place. I had to take the time to pick it up from the grounds, which was gross. I enjoyed the area but maybe this time of year wasn’t the best plan of action.
