Very close to shopping malls and the entrance of the building is within the underground station which makes it convenient.
Clean room and newly refurbished facilities, excellent city views from room as well as the lobby. Dark-style designs gives a tranquil feel.
However the hotel doesn’t have public bath, there is only a small-scale sauna. The bathtub of this hotel is also undersized.
I stay at this hotel often, perfect location in the middle of Sakai next to Oasis 21 and the Tower. The staff is very friendly, with a few members who speak very good English. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable with an amazing view of the city. This hotel is also located in the same building that host dozens of restaurants and cafes. On the 7th floor there’s an outside garden cafe with a great view of the city as well.
Out of the three times I've traveled to Japan and the 12 different hotels I've stayed in, this was my favorite one. After finding the entrance on the first floor of the Chunichi building and going up an elevator, you're met with a dark, tranquil, relaxing space with an indoor garden and calm music playing. Checking in was easy and fast. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, especially at night. The room was also equipped with blackout curtains, which was a nice addition. One of my favorite things was the shower/ bath area. It was roomy and had an elegant feel. My girlfriend and I also really enjoyed the wireless speaker that came with the room. I wish I could rate the place higher, I absolutely will be staying here again.
Generally very good. Convenient location, right next to the subway station and can be accessed through underground walkways. Great city view and very compact but efficient room design.
One of the nights was a bit noisy. Ambulance alarms can be heard a few times throughout the night. Lack of the sign to the hotel is another issue.
New hotel in excellent location with amazing view of the city. The superior room we stay would be better if toilet is separated from bathroom and the fridge bigger.
Very nice hotel that starts on the 24th floor (reception) and goes up to the 32nd floor. The city view is simply amazing. Very clean room with nice minimalist decor. Staff were really nice with greetings at every encounter. Convenient laundry facilities. It has a restaurant, a tea room, a small gym and a sauna, all with a city view. Very central to shopping and restaurants in Sakae.
The only issues we had:
1. was the bathroom door which closed shut using magnets, this caused a loud bang every time we closed the door, very annoying especially early in the morning.
2. the window sill is not insulated and is a cold area. One of 3 beds was next to the window and that one bed was cold during our stay here in March. There is quiet central air heating which keeps the rooms warm but it must cost them a fortune to keep the rooms warm during winter.
