The front desk staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Very efficient. The room was well- appointed and of good size. They even gave sheet masks as part of the standard toiletries. We could pair our phones to the speakers in the room and that was a nice touch allowing us to feel quite at home.

Staff were so kind and friendly. We felt welcome as soon as we stepped into the hotel. The room size felt larger and more modern than other hotels we have stayed at in Japan in the past. It was great to have a cot for our infant.

Great location. Room was extremely well appointed. Food and service were beyond reproach. But the mattress was a little bit too firm for me. That being said I will be staying there again next time I'm in Nagoya!!!!

This is more of a business district so not much nearby for the tourist. The hotel presents extremely well and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was the most expensive that we encountered in our Japan holiday so we did not partake in this experience.
