One of our favorites. 10-15 minute walk from train station. Fresh, clean rooms with comfortable beds and nice amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on main floor. No laundry

Very modern hotel with nice staff. No extra coffee bags available unless you pay for them (2 supplied per day in the room). Rooms were very clean and had good views. Plenty of restaurants close by as well as shopping etc. Easy walk to the shinkansen station as well.

Fabulous hotel, convenient and reasonable.

Wonderful hotel with spacious rooms and large beds. It was clean and airy and fresh. Location just a 5 minutes walk from Nagoya Station could not be better. The only negative was I wanted to extend my stay a night and the rate they offered was more than double the online rate. I found that to be quite predatory and opportunistic. And it loses both business and goodwill. I went and sat in the lobby and rebooked online, so all good.
