Typical room for the price. Room size was small but only stayed one night. Beds were comfortable and had a good night's sleep. Able to drop off bags before check-in which is always helpful

Room was much smaller than hotels where I stayed in Osaka, Kyoto, Matsumoto, for around the same price. Room was also dark, the windows have a kind of frosted glass and wire over them, which allows no outside light into the room. A/C worked, at least. Staff was ok, not super friendly. Was a quick walk to the train station, and lots of restaurants close by.

Great location. Room was small but I was ok with that. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very sparse. Don’t expect anything more then croissant and coffee (however this is also posted) I would definitely stay here again.

Overall I had a good stay at Compass and would book again when in Nagoya. The breakfast was small and simple but had enough basic options. Room was small but well appointed. Property is very handy to Nagoya Station and close to many good dining options. This hotel is also very affordable which is a bonus.

Stayed here for 6 nights and to be very honest, the hotel was disappointing. Our room was super tiny, even by Japanese standards, and the bathroom was even tinier and didn’t ventilate well so everything was always damp. And we had the largest room plan on the floor so go figure. No amenities other than the basics, and no daily housekeeping either (it needed to be booked in advance). Probably the only nice looking part of the hotel is the lobby. Location was convenient to Nagoya station but so are other hotels in the area. Overall our stay was mediocre and I probably would not come back to this place.

Thank you so much for having us for 3 nights. We greatly enjoyed the convenient location (Close to 7-11 and a Family Mart) and walkable to Nagoya station (approx 10min with stroller and suitcases & even faster without them haha). The hotel has a hot water dispenser, a microwave, coffee machine, plastic cutlery & tea bags near the lobby's front bar. In the early mornings (6am+) they have a limited breakfast (eg yogurt, Danish). The room we booked was a double room (with that green couch on the far end). Handy mini fridge and water kettle included. Floor space: You can only open 1 big suitcase at a time and keep a folded stroller by door. Bed: had only 1 bed but it was big enough for me, husband, and toddler. Bathroom: coming from an airbnb, it was glorious. The water temps was easy to adjust, water easy to switch from sink to shower, and the toto bidet! ❤️ The couch: comfy & gives you a little more space to sprawl out. Also your toddler will love to jump from couch to bed. We didnt use the coin laundry machine but I saw other guests use it. Extra amentities bar: if you need hair brush toothbrush, more robes, etc., they are found at a mini desk by reception. Reception has extra towels and can even loan you an umbrella! Pola shampoo/conditioner: That stuff smelled heavenly and really nourished my hair. Nearby food/shopping: I suggest JR central towers. We would totally book again if going to Nagoya!
