Room was clean and serviceable but basic. View from the room was lovely - forested area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more Asian in style than Western, although there were Western offerings.

スタッフはとても親切で部屋は清潔で広々としていました。氷点下で寒い日でしたが、部屋のエアコンだけでなく追加でオイルヒーターを用意してくださいました。台湾からの団体客があると事前に電話連絡してくれました。以前に団体客と一緒は嫌というお客さんがいたからだろうです。そういう心遣いも何だか嬉しかったです。レストランは利用していません。近くのハコニワ食堂というレストランを予約しました。大変美味しかったです。

大浴場の露天風呂が使用できなかったのは、残念でした。建物のレイアウトは古くカンジましたが、部屋•廊下共に綺麗にされていました。また、スタッフは日本人ではないが、優しい心遣いでした。。。この観光地に来たならば、ゆっくり話すような心を持たなければと思った瞬間でした。

スタッフの方々は、みなさんとてもホスピタリティあふれる方々で、とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。特に、レストランのスタッフの方は気遣ってくださり良いホテルだなと感じました。

夜、外食すると、夜道が真っ暗で、車でも、歩行でも土地勘がない者にとってはこわいです。また、予約ができないので、かなり待たされます。ホテルの食事はおいしいですが、何が出てくるのかメニューがないので戸惑いました。部屋は木々に囲まれ、涼しく、体を休めることができました。

気持ちの良いホテルでした。

チェックインの対応がスムーズでした。お部屋の案内も分かりやすくカードキーを2枚頂けて便利でした。お部屋、お風呂の清潔が行き届いていて気持ち良かったです。ベッドも広くて快適でした。女性のお風呂は暗証番号にて入室でセキュリティを考えて下さっている面は良かったですが番号を忘れそうで紙を持ち歩きました😅 夕飯朝飯とても美味しかったです。ノンアルがなかった事が残念でした。周りで飲みホで飲んでる方が羨ましかったです。旅行での宿泊でしたがビジネスホテルで大浴場もあり食事も夕飯朝飯付いてのお値段は大変コスパが良く大満足でした。善光寺からもそんなに離れてなくて便利。今後もルートインさんを利用したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

付近にある仕事で利用させていただきました。部屋は清潔感があるとてもきれいな部屋です。犬と一緒に泊まれる部屋ではなかったのですが、周りの部屋からの鳴き声も全く聞こえない程、閑静な場所でゆっくり身体を癒す事が出来、良かったです。
