The proximity to the snow park was amazing but the service from the staff is what i will remember about the resort. They were all very lovely and welcoming! Excellent job team!!! 👍

It's very quiet and the staff is very friendly. I didn't like the the bed wes very small and for futon you get a blanket (I wouldn't call it a mattress) it's actually a skinny blanket and I slept on the hard floor the hole night

Cool in summer. Golf course gave good view. Outdoor onsen was fantastic. Facilities were in decent shape but rather old and not clean in some corners. Good for the price.

先日お世話になりました。リニューアル前も宿泊しましたが、色々改善されていてこれぞ日本のホスピタリティと感じ大満足です。幼稚園、小学生の子供と一緒であれば、1泊ではものたりないくらい遊び場が充実しております。私自身海外も含め色々なホテルに泊まった経験がありますが、規模の大きさは除いて個人的には4つ星クラスのサービスでした。　朝のビュッフェが種類も豊富です。 また2,3月にお世話になりたいと思います。

客房夠新，夠大。全幢酒店只有4部洗衣乾衣機。步程十分鐘有滑雪場，有3所滑雪學校適合初學者。酒店非常遙遠（全部山路），距離車站王子商場需時35分鐘，没有街燈。駕車人士要十萬分小心隨時有野豬，狐狸，兔子經過。

Great forest view and the whole stay experience is nice. It is in the rural area so there is no sight seeing spot around. The shuttle bus to hotel need to reserve first, not hop-on hop-off type.
