Quick layover

I stayed here for an overnight layover and the staff was so sweet and all smiles! They brought me a cold towel and a welcome drink during the check in process. The room was more than comfortable. The only thing was the bathroom had an add smell I can’t really describe, and the card slot to turn on the electricity in the room seemed faulty, it kept turning on and off until I put another card in there(so two cards in the slot). These are super minor things and my stay was great and comfortable.

Excellent beachfront hotel

When we arrived, we were greeted by staff and offered a welcome drink and hand towel. Check-in was very smooth. A porter brought our baggage to our room and showed us all the amenities. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room decor was modern. We tried the restaurant for dinner and were impressed with the menu. Our dishes were flavourful and the presentation was nice. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which had an extensive assortment of items. When we checked out, we were able to store our bags and were offered beach towels so we could enjoy the beach while we waited to leave for the airport. When we were ready to leave, the staff quickly arranged a taxi for us at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great beach location

New resort very clean and fresh. Given 2 takeaway packs for the airport at 6.45am, which was a lovely thought. Didnt hear any noises from the beach once we closed the windows to sleep. Right on the beach. Great location

This place is new and staff are getting use to it. But its a perfect place to stay. Loved our stay .staff are welcoming and friendly. Just be careful of outsiders who sell coconut by outdoor dinning area they are actually selling drugs. We got asked if we wanted some for a young coconut seller. Inside its safe.

The hotel put out food from the night before for breakfast and it was not stored properly. The lamb sausages were sour, the fried rice was dry. The coffee was luke warm, and there was no sugar in the trays you had to ask for it. The hotel management could do way better instead of being cheap. The food prices are way above the area standard everybody was going to next door and neighboring restaurants.

Staff were just beautiful, great location on the beach, their restaurant is good. It’s potentially a bit of a party area? Dining inside was beautiful but if you want to go outside you have to ask the staff each time to turn the music down, it’s so loud you have to yell to hear each other. Personally we were looking more for a relax vibe so we found other places to eat and drink in the afternoons. Other than that one thing, it’s a beautiful place to stay and you really can’t overstate how lovely the staff are.

I stayed here not knowing the hotel had only recently opened. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a variety of options and attentive servers. I did notice some things were still being setup (rooftop bar) and my room did have a faint “paint” like smell. I will say that the hotel pool looked rather small, with nowhere to lounge around it. The location is great as it situated on the beach and right next to the Beach Club. Overall, for only being open for three weeks, it was a good experience for a good price.

The problem that I had was when we checked out, they wanted to charge me again for the stay although I had paid prior to my stay with a third-party site.Also, I’ve been waiting over seven business days for my security deposit to be released.

I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing getaway or business trip. Hotel was overbooked so we had to wait a few hours to have a room ready. This was an inconvenience due to it already being 8 pm and coming in off of a long flight. However, the service offered once the room was situated was stellar. The staff was more than accommodating and pleasant/helpful the entire trip. Will definitely stay here next time in Fiji.
