Everything was impeccably clean. Gardens were always maintained, pool was immaculate and the rooms were always fresh and serviced. We stayed here during the off season (late August) so it wasn't very busy which was so nice. Always a lounge available near the pools, never a long wait for food or cocktails. Staff were so friendly and always accommodating. They went out of their way to give you the best experience. Such an amazing place, I'll definitely be back.

We arrived at 8am after a 10hr flight, we were told they would try their best to get a room for us, we got one around 12-1, which wasn’t too bad. What was bad was for a luxury hotel we didn’t receive a welcome drink while we saw a couple later on get. We’ve gotten better welcome for hotels that cost a lot less. Room was beautiful, what I don’t understand is why there’s only 1 mirror located in the bathroom and none in the living space. Food was average. Im a fan of Indian food and the meats such as the lamb and goat were always generally very tough. They advertised 6am for breakfast on the digi boards but when we went they said it was 6.30am but they did let us in a couple minutes earlier. The staff was generally welcoming and nice but for a luxury hotel, there’s room for lots of improvement.

My stay at the Crowne Plaza Fiji with my family was AMAZING! All the staff since we arrived were lovely! We have never had such amazing customer service. My family and I want to thank all the staff for their amazing service, we will not forget. The buffet was delicious , our room and view was top notch. The staff are so helpful in every way possible. They accomdate to the guests needs and are approachable. The resort is stunning!!! For us, it was a beautiful getaway to Crowne Fiji as it was nice and relaxing. Heaps of in resort activities to do which is lovely. We will definitely be stayong at Crowne Plaza Nadi Fiji Bay the next time we visit Fiji.

Our stay at the Crown Plaza was amazing. Such beautiful staff, the restaurants were fantastic. Cannot fault the food. The only criticism is that there was no oversight of children swimming in the adults only pool. Whilst having families is a wonderful option, the adult only areas should be respected for those of us needing a break from little ones.All in all this is simply a fabulous venue with the most divine staff to make you feel welcomed.

Very friendly staff, great service. Be aware there is a large construction project currently ongoing there, our room faced workmen and bare cement all day. Ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. We were disappointed as the entrance and grounds are beautiful and well maintained
