Staff and amenities were the highlight but nothing special was done as requested for our honeymoon. The small details really do matter. The food was below average. Healthy options were very minimal and when they were available it wasn’t as described. They also wouldn’t let us reheat our leftovers which I understand is food safety but we paid for it at your hotel so having microwaves for more family friendly amenities would impact the amount of people who stay. We paid a lot to be there so having good food is a must. The food was very disappointing especially considering how much you pay for it. We appreciate the staff and all their hard work. I’d suggest they make family friendly rooms for guests travelling with children.

Amenities provides were not sealed. improve service with more active and cheerful staff and expand buffet seating area to accommodate more guests. The taxi calling counter shares withvexcursion booking services which makes it harder to call taxi, especially if its a checkout time. Shops would be good too. We are happy with the building, location, room, the cleanliness overall. We enjoyed our stay. We got to enjoy the different pools.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They display Fijiian hospitality and made the stay at an wonderful resort even better. The resort itself is great. From the rooms to the pool area to the beach. Even though it's on mainland it feels like a resort to one of the off mainland ones. Really great property. Wasn't going to write a review otherwise.

Crowne was great to stay. The staff are amazing and friendly, it’s just the fiji way. Although I must say, parts of it is still under construction. We must have moved in to a room that had just finished. There were some fixtures that needed touching up. Nothing big though. Staff notified.

Hotel was way too big and noisy for my liking. We had to line up for breakfast every morning for about 10mins before we were seated where we didn't want to sit and was told we had no choice. Huge issue with checking in when we checked in in the morning and came back late afternoon to be told they'd given our room to someone else and wanted us to stay in another hotel overnight. No thankyou! After about 7hrs...YES SEVEN HOURS! of them mucking us around with finding us another room and the bedding arrangement (they brought a mattress and placed it on the floor expecting us to sleep on it!), we settled for a mattress on a day bed base for one night. We were moved to another room the following morning. I finally met with the GM and spoke to him about my concerns which he was appalled and compensated me, but only because I asked for compensation. Come on Crowne Plaza educate your front line staff better. Not sure if I would stay there again simply because it's way too noisy and busy for me wanting to holiday in a quieter environment.

Nice property and great pool space, however everything was VERY expensive compared to our other stays in Fiji. Simple drinks by the pool and bar $30 plus FJD and couldn't get anything to eat for less than $40. Service at bars and restaurants was lacking, hard to get served. Nachos we had by the pool took over half hour and were very soggy. Ok for an overnight stay but wouldn't want to stay here for long as it's too expensive to enjoy the property. Also shuttle only runs once a day so had to pay $$ for taxis to go anywhere. Great DJ thought at their ocean front restaurant, brought life to the hotel scene at night.
