Let's face it, Nadi is not cheap. Comparing prices we found this, an old school resort in an an area (Wailoaloa) that is soon to be covered in resort hotels. This place is old(er, not a shiny new condo. The people are great, food is excellent, the price is right. Locals use it when coming over from Suva, 'nuff said.

Cannot recommend. Better options 1/2 block away.

The staff was pleasant. The pool and room were not. The pool had visible green algae residue as we walked past and the room was poorly lit with an archaic lock assembly that did not appear at all secure. There were no toiletries except a tube of shampoo and remnants of previous occupants soap bars on top of the shower door rail.

We had been at a much more isolated full service resort 2 hours away so at first being back in a more urban setting was a shock but we did enjoy our stay.

The room was clean but no shampoo or conditioner, no milk in the fridge for tea or coffee.Next rooms radio very loud into our room. I was sick and trying to sleep but staff calling out loudly to each other was annoying. $20 corkage for wine opened in your room is outrageous. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Haken für die Kleidung wären gut, normalerweise ist die Decke über dem Leintuch, hier ist es umgekehrt. Das Essen ist gut, ein Supermarkt in kurzer Distanz zu Fuß erreichbar. Es dauert lange bis Nadi mit dem Bus, um 6 Uhr morgens fliegt das erste Flugzeug am Guesthaus vorbei und leider wurde um die gleiche Uhrzeit hinter dem Haus Holz gesägt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
