Firstly, check in process was hell as they said my booking wasn’t with them so I waited up to 4hrs to sort something out after a long flight, and made me miss an eventWe were then put into smaller, downgraded rooms, which really should be under renovations ; one of the light made a light bang half way through me showering. Property was really dirty and nothing like what was posted. Customer service was just a bad, but grateful to have been given something at least.
