The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility should be updated. The room looked clean, but was badly in need of a deep clean. Cobwebs behind the front door with hanging bugs. The bathroom door was filthy and the towel bins need to be wiped down.

The staff were exceptional! They were very polite and accommodating when my husband asked to change rooms so he could be closer to his truck since he had work he needed to do outside of his truck. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast selections were great! The food was hot and there was a large selection.

1st they couldn’t find my reservation. Breakfast area was dirty. Shower wouldn’t drain door is very hard to unlock had to slam against handle to unlatch. Cobwebs on ceiling. I’m pretty sure people live here not just a regular hotel.
