Perfect get away!

Toss you some cloths and your tooth brush and paste in a bag and head to the Falling Star everything else you need is there waiting on you. This was a great girl cousins trip.Clean….quite….cozy slice of heaven.

This was our second stay and we will continue to book this cabin when we come to the area. The home is always extremely clean and well furnished! The owners go above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They are extremely thoughtful in preparing for our stay! Couldn’t recommend more! We always look forward to coming back!

Falling Star was perfect for what we needed. It was secluded with plenty of space for our kids and dogs to run and play. We had no problems finding the cabin with the directions given. The hot tub was wonderful! The only negative (and really, it wasn’t enough to make us not want to come back) was that the master shower had little to no hot water and was backed up upon first use. I contacted the host and their guest contact but did not receive a response. Again, not a big deal and we would definitely be back but it would’ve been nice to have received a response/help.

This was a beautiful cabin nestled right next to Mountain Fork Park! We were secluded in a cabin look and feel home. Yet, we were not too far away from things to do in town. Hot tub works well! Laundry machines on site. Shelving, fans, and living room tables had thick accumulations of dust. But we don’t care about those things. Everything else was clean and ready for us to enter and start our vacation. Pruett’s grocery store is beautiful and isn’t far from the house. There were deer and beaver seen in the forest and there’s a small hiking trail to see the pond on the property. There are two king size beds, one in each Bedroom. One bedroom has bathroom connected. The other utilizes the hall bathroom. Both areas are very open. We really enjoyed this house. Looking forward to booking again.

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I, along with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandsons stayed here for a weekend getaway for kayaking on the river. There is something about this place that you just can’t put in words! It is tucked away in the woods and the cabin is such a beauty. Everything was top notch and just perfect! It is just far enough away from the traffic and chaos of Hochatown but still a quick drive there. We all kept saying how peaceful and serene it felt. We weren’t ready to leave but we felt we had truly been rejuvenated by our stay there. Nature has a way of doing that! You will NOT REGRET STAYING HERE! We will always come back to Falling Star if given the opportunity!

Perfect Getaway

Easy to get to the house our address into GPS and got there without any issues. Checkin was easy as well. Home was cozy and clean, the beds were so comfy!! The home is secluded but I liked that because you really do feel away from the city and can enjoy nature. On the night before our checkout we got to see a deer around the woods and my son was super excited to see it. We got a visit from the neighborhood dog and he is so sweet as well!! Let me put it this way, I didnt feel the need to be in my phone at all!! All in all it was a very relaxing stay and enjoyed recharging at this amazing getaway! 10/10

Beautiful cabin

What a beautiful cabin! It has everything that you could want and it was nice being off the main road. Everything was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. When we woke on Saturday, we decided we didn’t want to cook and went to Lori’s Corner Store & Deli. We decided on the Bruce breakfast and it was great! We had a great time and the area was really nice. Plan on staying at the cabin again. When using GPS, use Google Maps and it will take you right to the cabin!
