Great staff! "Okay" room.

I'll start with the staff was excellent and very nice! Our balcony view was great and the bed was alright. I paid $60 a night and that being said you get what you pay for on the beach. The room itself was OK. It's in desperate need of a good DEEP clean. The whole room definitely needs some good maintenance too. Our toilet ran nonstop along with the shower dripping, both with bad rust stains. Furniture had "sticky" dust everywhere with hair stuck to it. A chair that had so many questionable stains it would do the room justice to go in the trash. The lock on the balcony was broken but we had pieces of wood to hold it close. Found a baby bottle under the bed. All stuff like that. All things that could easily be fixed and make it so much better! It wasn't bad enough we wanted to leave and had a good laugh about it. The bed was clean and I couldn't argue with the price.

The bathtub was very dirty,had pubic hair and mold all in it. The carpet was dirty The coffee pot was rusted The floor in general was dirty The view to the ocean was great!!

Great ocean view. Beds were hatd and uncomfortable. Bathroom wasnt as clean as i feel it should have been. Pool was ok but the hit tub needed cleaning. It was brown. Beach access was nice. Parking around the facility was limited and tight. Only one elevator so plan on waiting. Staff was extremely friendly. In my opinion its a 3.5 star hotel.

The front desk and house keeping were both very friendly and helpful - the view and location were great! It’s an older hotel which is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars for cleanliness and condition. It was a great place to stay for a quick trip on a budget.

When we arrived, the room was incredibly dirty, there was substances on furniture, hair and what seemed like skin texture in the bed crease hair and the bathtub, what looked like blood on one of the cabinets when we brought back to the attention of the staff, they basically told us we could leave or just deal with it, we asked for cleaning supplies they never provided them we had to buy our own cleaning supplies to fix the situation as we were stuck and had nowhere else to go. The staff was rude unhelpful the next day my daughter went into the pool and came out with an incredible rash that is still not completely. We definitely will never go back to this motel. We have never been treated this badly and never have seen a dirtier room. It was a nightmare.

we had to change rooms due to sink stopping up and moved to another room and the tub was stopped up there too. The place is very dated and does not show this on line. Taking a shower with water up to your ankles is disgusting. At least we should get a partial refund .The tub/commode was rusty and the mirror was broken. Worst hotel I have rented at MB.

I was told this was a nice budget-friendly hotel, and while the staff were very kind and attentive at check-in, the room conditions were unacceptable. The walls had mold, the floors and carpet were dirty, the bathroom was unclean, the dresser was missing a drawer, and the coffee pot was rusted. Unfortunately, it was not a good scene. I chose to leave and asked for a refund for the rest of the week, though I lost out on the first night’s rate. I wasn’t the only one with this experience—two of my friends checked in after me and had rooms in similar condition. This property needs serious attention and a fresh start.
