If your idea of a beach vacation does NOT include crowded beaches, high rise buildings, traffic, and cruising through a multilevel parking garage trying to find a place to park, this is your vacation home. Cape Coddages II has only 14 units and if you don't like waiting for elevators, this condo is just one flight up (this building has NO elevator). Why search for a parking place when you can stay where two parking spaces are specifically marked for you? This is a delightful oceanfront two bedroom with a great pool, and the perfect beach and ocean view.

The swimming pool is exclusively for guests at the small Cape Coddages II complex, it won't be crowded. You can relax on the lounge chairs while the kids swim. After enjoying the beach, there is an outdoor shower area to wash off the ocean and sand. Here, every day offers a choice of shopping, golf, and attractions from the convenient Surfside Beach location, or just relaxing on the balcony or the beach enjoying the sunshine. Pool is not heated and closes during the off-season.

Inside, comfortable furnishings are ready for rest after days of activity, delightful decor keeps the "beach vacation" spirit in every day. Two bedrooms each have a queen size bed with memory foam cushion for perfect sleep every night. Ample closets and dressers provide plenty of storage space. Two full bathrooms and the bedrooms are on the same level as the living areas, no stairs to climb to bedrooms. There are TV sets in both bedrooms. The living room couch is queen size sofa sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, small appliances, pots, and pans. Dishes, glassware, and tableware are on hand. Linens are provided, beds will be made, some soap, paper towels, and trash bags will be on hand. You will not begin your vacation by making beds or running to the store to get toilet paper.

If you're the kind of person who loves a limitless view of a beautiful beach, this is your vacation home. Every day begins and ends with the relaxing sound of the ocean and the serene view of blue sky and golden sand. The soft sand of Surfside Beach is just a few steps from the door.

Surfside Beach is perfect for a family vacation, away from the traffic and crowds, but still, a short drive to the wide variety of attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment the Grand Strand has to offer, along with over 100 golf courses. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants and shops are a few blocks south from Cape Coddages II. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. Just a short drive north is all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, and one of the world's largest Ferris wheels. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden, it's just a few minutes south.

Parking is limited and we can only provide the number of parking tags allowed by the Home Owners Association. We can provide TWO parking passes for this property and these passes must be in/on the vehicle at all times. No additional parking tags are available. Great location, right on the beach. Unit is a little dated, parking for two cars are provided, however the spot closest to the beach is extremely tight, would not recommend for SUV, the front parking spot is fine. Wifi worked without any issues, overall this was a nice place for the family, cannot beat the quiet beach area and would stay here again in the future.

The check in was very easy. The property manager checked in via text throughout the week. Parking is very tight, but manageable( we have a full size suv). The property is right on the beach, and very easy to access. Very convenient location to the beach, and other attractions nearby,

Great location

We stayed over 4th of July. The location was great. Close to the top of July 4th golf cart parade route. Condo overlooks beach and was easy to walk out for parade. Condo was clean and kitchen stocked well with plenty of dishes etc. You may want to bring extra dish cloths/towels. Also even though its provided, if you are particular about toilet paper bring that. Bed pillows are low quality as well. Beds were comfortable. Managment was receptive and sends reminders through text which is handy. And again the cleanliness was definitely up to standard! Property appeared well maintained. Condo was comfortable. Also TVs have cable so it was easy to operate. The condo has 2 designated parking spaces. One in the front and the other we had to hunt for. Its in the front right under the balcony. Note this is tight parking. But workable. Overall we would for sure stay here again. We had a great time.

The cottage was a bit dated. Cracked tile in the bathrooms. The parking is very tight. Pick up truck and suburban was very difficult to park and get out of spots if other vehicles were next to you. Overall good place to stay

Our unit was exactly as expected. Although it could use an update and we had issues with the tv and remotes. Mandy, the property manager was great and gave us great ideas on restaurants and entertainment. When we called her about the tv she was really attentive and had someone out immediately. We just loved the view and beach access.

Great location!

This place was literally steps from the beach and even the public shower that you clean up with coming from the beach. It was so easy and convenient to walk from our condo right onto the beach. Couldn't have hoped for a better situation since we had a toddler with us. And many great restaurants very close by! We had an excellent time!

Condo was clean and quiet, perhaps a bit dated but so are we. Located right on water providing nice views and convenient walking. Suggestions for improvement would include toilet paper for each bath, coffee filters for the coffee makers. But we enjoyed our stay enough to select that same unit again.

Nice location and comfortable accommodations.

Nice open view of the ocean which was just 50 yards from the back of the property. Kitchen was clean and stocked with plates,bowls silverware etc. we would stay here again.
