Brand New installed (August 2023) GE washer / dryer for the convenience of washing & drying your clothes during your stay. Please dont use PODS because apparently the pods leave stains. Having the washer & dryer inside the unit prevents our guests from hanging towels, bathing suits and swimming trunks out on the balcony to dry.
Recently Installed Air Purification System for fresh clean & purified air.
Particulates: The REME HALO® air purifier is effective against Pollen, Mold Spores, Pet Dander and Dust. Regular air filters trap particles as they enter through an HVAC's air handler. ... coli and Norwalk, and the technology of the Reme Halo kills up to 99% of Viruses, Bacteria and Mold. (Very Important) Please keep the SLIDING Door closed so that the air cleaner can work properly. There are also a couple outlets that have USB ports for direct charging of your phones, tablets and computers.

The space:
This condo is close to all of the area attractions & golf courses. If you prefer to ride around the area there are golf carts for rent just down the street. The building is ocean front and the unit is Oceanview. Lyft & Uber are the best if you decided not to bring your vehicle. If you did bring your vehicle, Gated Garage Parking is Free and it is private with 24 hour access for one vehicle. Access to this beautiful unit is by elevator or stairs if you prefer exercising. Thresholds are not large and allow easy access for wheelchairs. The Interior hallway is 42" wide - however the threshold for the balcony is very thick. Come and relax here in Myrtle Beach while you work remotely; you owe it to yourself to see all of this beauty. There is a full kitchen to prepare gourmet meals and an in unit laundry for a quick clean up. There is also a keurig coffee maker that uses coffee pods - we do supply coffee pods ( However, bring your own K pods if you like flavoured coffee). We also have an air fryer & a toaster & a blender available for your use.

Guest access:
You will have full access to the entire condo; Bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen with all appliances, living room/ Dining combo, and balcony. Only one car can be parked in the gated garage. All other cars must be parked on the street. The work out room is on the first (1st) Floor.

Other things to note:
This is a No Pet & Non Smoking Unit. No smoking on the balcony is also an HOA restriction. Please also note that there are several outdoor showers available and we certainly do encourage all guests to use those showers as much as possible to limit the amount of sand brought into the condo. In addition, please take all trash to the trash bin in the garage area on the 1st floor to the left of the entry gate just as you enter the garage. Just in case you don’t want to get sand on your shoes there is also an elevated ocean front sun deck just above the area where JMikes restuarant is located. You may use the indoor heated pools in both buildings. Don’t forget to bring your own large over sized beach towels.
The Lazy River pool for your children is indoor and it is heated. The hot tubs are also indoor and the temperature is perfect for relaxing, simply wonderful.

JMikes is an award winner here in Myrtle Beach for the shrimp tacos! JMikes is available for breakfast & lunch and is located inside the building just across the parking lot and the breakfast is delicious.

The condo was beautiful, super clean and the view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing! There were plenty of dishes and pans to use to cook. Paul was prompt and always happy to respond to any of my emails. Everyone was more than helpful. I enjoyed many afternoons sitting on the balcony reading it was so restful (and in the shade in the afternoon). I would highly recommend this getaway and can't wait to return another time.

Stay was comfortable and in a great location. The unit is a bit outdated with bulky furniture but I expected that based on the pics. I do wish there was a broom to sweep up the sand with so the floors weren’t so gritty. Check in was easy and the access from the parking garage to the unit was a breeze. We were here for softball and my daughter got injured unexpectedly so we were appreciative of that. Walking distance to the beach was perfect along with the amenities. The beds were comfortable!

Cute getaway

Just right for a couple. While it sleeps six, the main living, kitchen area would be tight for 6 people. Check in took about 3 minutes. Each floor has 4 elevators, so coming and going was easy. Plenty of parking. It was on the 9th floor and had a nice side ocean view. Not much counter space but we didn't cook. Just used for preparing breakfast and lunch. There are 3 pools. 2 inside and one outside. The beach is only steps away. Great area with shopping and activities close by. Owner was easy to contact.

Amazing!!

Our condo was absolutely amazing! It was comfortable and fit our family of 6 great. (2 adults and 4 kids from ages 5-14) The location was perfect, for the traveling we did all around for the attractions nothing was more then 14 min away. The washer and dryer in the unit was a god send, helped me not have to pack nearly as much as I was able to wash each night and came home with no dirty laundry (As a mom this is HUGE) We are already talking about coming back next year. The manager Paul checked in to make sure everything with check in and the condo was to our liking and was reachable if we ever had any issues ( we did not) and checked in the night before check out to make sure we knew the process and what needed to be done and made things very very easy. This place is the best. You will not regret staying your vacation here!

Spectacular Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! It was our family vacation and our 3 boys were seeing the ocean for the very 1st time! The condo was beautiful immaculately clean and we had all we needed for our stay! Well stocked with towels and the necessities! Paul was amazing at helping with anything we needed and made sure to check in with us throughout our stay! He was quick to respond to each and all messages! I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay! We had a lovely view of the ocean! Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean well maintained condo for a family vacation I give this place 5+ stars!! Thank you for an amazing stay! If we come back we will book again!!

Amazing condo right on the beach.

Everything about this place was perfect! The best feature of the unit was definitely the washer and dryer, it really came in handy during the trip, but the balcony was for sure second, cant beat the view. Paul went above and beyond to check in during our stay and make sure we had everything we needed. Well kept property right off the beach really makes everything convenient and easy. I will definitely be booking another trip in the future.

You will love your stay here!

This was by far my best experience I have ever had with Vrbo. The customer service experience with Paul is superb and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted and needed it to be. The property is excellent and exactly what we were looking for. We traveled with a young adult, a baby under 2 and myself and my husband. The condo was nice and we loved the location. The check-in was great and the staff were so polite and welcoming. We hope to stay every time we visit!
