Let me first out saying on the hotel. Com post there no where saying you have to bring your own towels, wash rugs bed sheet, toilet paper, paper towels, garage bags, pillowcases gosh half of your house. They tell you that after you book the property. Then you get there the place is dirty the floor is covered in sand. We found 5 crock roaches they tried to say they are water beds umm no the ceiling fans were so dusty we couldn't use them. Also to top it off also there was missing fire alarm and look like they was not working there was not lights on. My dog found cheerios from another guest on the floor. My son's bed had sand in it and the cover looked like it had old blood stains. My husband's and my bed head board The pictures of the nice furniture they show outside is a joke its nothing like what they show. I talked to the manger shd asked if I want them to come reclean it HELLO it should have already been cleaned with covid 19 going on. I called her back again because of the dust and roaches because my son is allergic to them and never heard back from her. My son's girlfriend was allergic to the dust. I was would start feeling bad when I went into the home. The lady the answers the phone for the property called after our trip asked how our trip was I told her the issues she told me they been having trouble with the cleaning people and she is sorry wow sorry while we stay in a dirty house all week.
