Roxanne Towers staff and Elliot Beach Rentals staff are both phenomenal! I loved staying at this property. It was the perfect location for the music festival we were attending. The condo is the perfect size and we were very comfortable. The pool and lazy river was great for our son and my mom to enjoy while we were at the fest. We also took advantage of them before the fest. We will definitely stay here again!

So....my whole experience was positive. It truly was. The condo is nicely decorated and clean. However, there is a distinct smell of cat urine. I will say in all fairness, an Elliot representative was quick and very timely about getting someone in our place to try to remedy the odor. And while it didnt entirely resolve the smell, I truly appreciated how quickly they responded.

Wonderful Condo

We had a great time and the condo was perfect. It is a great size and even had a small washer and dryer. So close to the beach and the amenities were great.
