Nice location with a balcony and sunrise view. Beach was right outside of the rear if the hotel. The room was clean and kitchen adequately stocked. Washer and dryer was a nice extra. Unfortunately, the balcony door would not open again after it was locked for the night. It was not locked upon entering the room. Early morning sunrise on the balcony was not possible. The in room phone was completely dead, though plugged in, so, not convenient to call front desk for questions, information and help.

The good. View was awesome. Plenty of space in the unit It served its purpose. The Bad Floorsvwere dirty Carpet ripped 2 handicapped placards were stolen from us We had no toilet paper Had to take trash out ourselves Staff wasn't in a hurry to do much of anything We won't be staying here again

It was beautiful and fun it was quiet yet family friendly. The only thing I didn't care for was the housekeeper upon checking out was very rude and blocked our door with her cart and we couldn't get out of our room

The trip was amazing the room was spacious clean, affordable and had a beautiful view of the beach. The staff was very helpful and very nice. Gina was very friendly during check out. The stay overall was wonderful I would definitely be returning to The Paradise resorts.

I didn't like the lack of hot tubs and couldn't even use the hot tub Saturday night because a very large belligerent family had laid claim to said hot tub. It was otherwise a very nice stay and I'd stay again during the week when there are less extremely numerous and belligerent families.
