The room was a basic room with basic amenities. The toilet was a little dirty so we had to buy disinfectant wipes to clean it a little. We had to buy more toilet paper too because we didn’t have enough. But besides those little things Pawleys Plantation was beautiful to stay in. A very nice golf course neighborhood. We would stay here again.

We checked into this property and were shocked at the cleanliness of the room we were in. I have pictures of the floor where we wiped one square foot of the floor and the towel was black. Those floors had not been cleaned in a very long time. The furniture was not dusted and the overall feeling of cleanliness of less than adequate. I also asked for more towels at the front desk and they asked me if I had a washer and dryer, which we did not. They reluctantly gave us more towels. We were called on a number of occasions to go to a sales pitch (which they reiterated was not a timeshare) and then when we told them we were not buying anything, they insisted we go for the free gifts, which were appreciated as we sat through an hour-long presentation where we had no intentions of buying anything. I was just disappointed at the quality of the unit we stayed in and the cleanliness and I really wondered if the bedding was changed. We probably will not return to this property.

Extremely spacious accommodated. Two families location was awesome. Very quiet, clean easily to find. The rooms were adequate. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture was clean. Laundry room on site with up-to-date equipment. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

We stayed for 5 days at the Bridgewater condos, it was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The view of the sunrise every morning from our balcony was gorgeous. The beach access was only steps away and the outside pool is open till 10pm which is perfect for evening swims. The kitchen was equipt with everything we needed to cook our meals. Housekeeping came by every day to refresh the room if needed, give us clean towels, take any garbage, replace dishsoap, etc. I used the laundry facilities which were located in the same building, the detergent and dryer sheets were available for purchase from a vending machine. Even though the building was quite full with vacationers, we never heard any outside noise in our room. We're looking forward to returning in the spring for our next vacation.
