Had a great family trip. Room was roomy & clean! Only downside was we couldn’t use the new water park, adult bar, or Starbucks located inside the hotel due to not renting directly thru the hotel.

The hotel overall is good. However, this was a rental through a rental company and the room was owned by a private owner. The rental company gave us a card to access to the hotel from the parking structure. The card did not work. When I spoke to the front desk at the hotel, they stated it was because the owner failed to attend their owners meeting. The faucet in the bathroom sink and shower had a steady leak, like the faucets were still on. The bathroom door was ruined from water damage. Be sure to read ALL the emails because linen, cleaning are sometimes not included. Paper products like toilet paper and paper towels are not in the room and the hotel will not provide them because it is a private owner. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper. The hotel is right on the beach, nice water park for the littles and 17 water spots total.

My opinion regarding the Landmark is not the problem,i never knew they sell out several private unit to different owners my room was 1245 which is not owned by Landmark hotel.I wish i knew that before booking this room was so dirty and had mice and cockroaches..the walls had plaster nik in the walls..and they want you to cleanup after yourself which is understandable but why didn't they clean before we arrived the stove and refrigerator, microwave had so much dust i can write "wash me" in it..the other part of the condo was fine,we didnt even other to use the remaining part of the house just because we didn't stay there to enjoy it other than sleep and leave..the room door lock was broken had to call theoffice they called the locksmith he was nice but i didn't feel comfortable with him having his own seprate code to get in the room thats a creepy feeling.This owner is very crafty because he/she request the person renting to clean the room but add/request cleaning charge so he/she get that extra money on are cleaning the room for them as Air B..you pay for that service in your booking so do not pay the extra fee its a con. Either staff of the person before us had the broom,mop inside the clothing closet instead of a utility closet or something the room smelled.if mold i coughed all night,if you notice the request do nit turn off the vent..thats why..i can fo on and on if i ever were to stay at the Landmark i will make sure its the hotel not privately owned 1245 stay away .

Older hotel but nice on the beach location

Room met our needs for weekend stay...not sure I would stay @ this particular unit for any longer than that. Needs updating...worn carpeting, minimal furnishings looked a bit worn. Loved the oceanfront view though!
