The room was very comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was the water was not hot, barely warm, but not hot. Other than that, the views were incredible and would definitely love to come back to visit and stay.

Been going to Kingston Plantation for 19 years - have always enjoyed being there and love the area! - must admit that paying for "parking" at $20 per day is a bit ridiculous - really... where else are you going to park?

The villa was barely cleaned when we arrived. It took 24 hours for housekeeping to address my concerns and they still didn’t do it. Hair, crumbs, cheese wrapper, and candy wrappers were found on the floor and toddler clothes were left in the closet. The kitchen barely had any pots that could be used and the counter still had food drippings. I am HIGHLY disappointed.

I did not stay here. I called to cancel due to car troubles I couldn’t make the drive down. The hotel was only supposed to charge me for one day due to the fact that I cancelled day of. However, they charged me for the entire stay. I called multiple times reminding them to send me a cancellation email. They never sent it. Now I have no physical proof, but my husband and I called multiple times and they kept promising to send it over. Be careful!!
