My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was really friendly and nice. The view of the beach was great. I just wished they had better designated smoking areas, because it was a little scary going out at night, but other then that we loved it and the location.

Hotel could use some updating or freshing up. Other than that being on the beach was what i was really looking for. Reaort staff were great. A lot of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Private balcony right on the beach, with a 1 bedroom suite (plenty of room) for the price cant beat.

Booked a king room. Upon check in was told their system over booked the king rooms. The man who checked us in said he would give us a room with 3 queen beds at no extra charge. Mighty nice of him since a queen bed is smaller than what we booked. Nice view of the beach. Interior of hotel is rundown and filthy. Room was fairly clean but rundown. The beds are a joke. Its a mattress on a flimsy metal frame. Definitely will not stay here again.

This property was not as advertised. In fact, we left and went to a different hotel. It was outdated, depressing and decrepit. I am going to reach out to AMEX to see about disputing the charges.

The staff who checked us in were very kind and helpful. The property photos were pretty misleading and we ended up not staying here for the duration of our trip. The halls and pool were dirty, there was no deadbolt on the room door or a working lock on the balcony door- a big issue when traveling with small children.

The pool looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. The sides of the lazy river were covered in what looked like algae. My daughter refused to get in. We looked forward to swimming but never got in their pools.

The room it self was okay, it was clean up on arrival. The entrance was a little weird and confusing, it didn't look like a normal hotel entrance. The bed was hard and the comforter was very light, I'm glad I brought my own blanket from home. The pillows could have been better also. The bathroom was a super tight fit and the way the door had to close was weird and tight. The balcony was the best part, it was a beautiful view. The front desk staff are super unprofessional, loud and having personal conversations while trying to check in. We went back later to ask where the breakfast cafe was located and the lady was super rude. Said there wasn't one , and when I said I seen it on the website she told me there was no mention of on the website and got argumentative with me. Just extremely unprofessional staff. Very old building.

Very friendly service!! No, the rooms aren’t top of the line, but the 1 I had was good enough for me. There’s no bugs or mold. AC worked perfectly! I will definitely stay here again

The room was very outdated and the shower head was messed up. Things were a little dusty,rusty, and the floor wasn’t swept very well. The indoor pool,lazy river, and hot tub definitely need a good scrub down and not just chemicals dumped in them… on a positive note the customer service was wonderful and the price was great. It served its purpose (just for sleep). The location is perfect and in walking distance to everything.
