I booked a two-night reservation. We had unexpected delays on the road, so we sent a message to let you know we would be arriving after midnight. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the reservation had been canceled and marked as a “no-show,” despite our prior notification of the delay. As a result, check-in took much longer than it should have. We ended up waiting nearly an hour in the early morning with tired children, which was extremely inconvenient.
Please review what happened, including the message we sent, and advise how this will be corrected (including removing the no-show charge/penalty, if applicable). Aside from the check-in issue—which was not the hotel’s fault—everything else was great, and we had a good stay.
