The room was very dirty in and out i don't i would recommend any to come stay in your hotel thank you the back on the front is very dirty I don't think i would stay in your hotel again the lady at the front desk was very nice i don't like the fact that the $12 dollar was taken from me and i paid tax for the room

I was talking about Travelocity that the hotel manager would reach out to me and they never did.!!!!!! I really need to speak with someone I was not given the accommodation of a room ! I booked through Travelocity and Travelocity tells me that I have to reach out to you guys for the refund ! My name is Deedra Coleman, I am recently married therefore, my debit card said Deedra Cardea , my maiden name ! My husband and I used to use Travelocity frequently, but after this, I'm not sure that we will be able to ! I was left five hours away from home trying to figure out where to stay after a long days work ! On Valentine's Day !!!!!! No one even asked me my email in order for the manager to be able to communicate with me and the lady at the front desk for gazebo and was not helpful at all in fact, she was rude ! This was not at all the good good experience , I recommend staying elsewhere !

Front desk lady was friendly and professional. Room was outdated and in poor condition. Drug addicts in hallway at night. Reeked of cigarettes. The ocean view was beautiful but did not make up for the feeling of being very unsafe at the Gazebo Inn.
