Room was not as advertised. The tv in the room had no signal. The curtain covering the full slideing glass door did not cover the door al the way. None of the pools were operational. none of the staff new the wifi pasword and the wifi wasnt even working

I was too busy trying to find alternate accommodations to take pictures but upon arrival they did not have the room I initially reserved. No rooms with kitchenette or pullout. The main parking lot was closed. We had to park somewhere else and find our way to the office. There were other families there that were also told they didn’t have the rooms for the amount of people they had. All the pools were broken, dirty and not functional, the buildings looked run down, with black stains and broken debris in walk areas. I did not walk in the rooms.

A complete disappointment

After driving 4 plus hours and not have a clear understanding of the physical address and no name on the hotel this is one the worst scams I have ever been unfortunate enough to be caught up in it's such a disservice for any company of any kind large or small to be a party to the condition that I have witnessed the Blood stained sheets,no television in the room until 10.45 pm, no mini fridge,nor ice machine or vending machine of any type I like very much to have my funds returned but I understand if it's not returned I have pictures of this situation and I will be following up with an attorney at this point it's not a about a refund but more about stopping this unfair treatment of consumers in full disclosure I did read the reviews but not until I had arrived and encountered the runaround about the address the booking identification which I was not given I only had the itinerary confirmation number which the hotel would not except, which leads to only one logical conclusion by this company and others by your continued support by means of sending families to a place that does not exist and by your asking for feedback to questions that you already know the answer's to would lead most sensible minded people to one conclusion that you just don't CARE.That is exactly why this matter should I my opinion be on the desk of South Carolina attorney general's this needs a different set of eyes looking at it.

Took 30 mins to find building using directions on app and finally found a building and hotel support wouldn’t even answer call or even called back yet. Had crying babies and lot of food etc in car. Never got checked in and wanting refund asap. Thanks

This place is not what was advertised on Expedia. The room was nasty, the pools were green and not able to be used. The deck to the kid pool had holes in it. The toilet rocked. There was no lock on the door. The air conditioning unit was rusty and nasty. There was rat loop on the counter where the toaster and coffee pot were and there were bed bug covers on the mattress on both beds, which tells me they had issues with bed bugs in the past. The elevator is broken and you have to park two blocks away from the actual hotel. I DO NOT recommend this facility at all. The staff wasn’t friendly and I was hung up on when telling them how bad the property was. This place needs condemned and fast. Thank God that Expedia was able to find me another room fast.

It was not good from the start. The address was not clear and once we found the office and got to the room it had nothing. No TV, no phone no toiletries, mini fridge didn’t work no trash bags in the one small trash can. No way to get ahold of the office. They had no vending machines, their ice machine did not work. We went to the office to complain and they said they would bring another tv which was the next day. The office was not friendly at all. Not helpful. They were really rude. I would never recommend this motel to anyone because the site was very misleading. They had a no refund policy so I had to stay there.

When we arrived at 9:30 pm, the property has chains across the driveway, we were informed by the owner that this site is not open or operational. We had to search for a hotel last minute and ended up miles from the beach. Do not book here!!!!!!!!
