I stayed here for several weeks but checked out early, leaving a significant number of unused nights.Before check-in, the host indicated that dates could be modified and even edited the reservation herself. Once the stay began, I was unable to make changes and she refused any adjustment, saying she would not revisit it.The unit itself felt dated and not well maintained, and the stove did not function properly for a large portion of my stay (only worked on high). I reported it and had it evaluated out of caution.Vrbo had to escalate multiple times — two supervisors contacted the host to request a refund for unused nights, and she still declined. After extensive calls and documentation, only a partial credit was issued.After checkout, the host made an allegation that was not accurate and was not supported during discussions with Vrbo.Be very clear on policies before booking — flexibility may not exist once your stay begins.

We arrived early evening, only to find there was a problem with the AC. We contacted host and she responded quickly. She gave us a couple things to try, but they didn’t work. We spent an uncomfortable night. A repairman was there mid morning to get it fixed. If you’ve never had anything go wrong at your rental place you’re either incredibly lucky or you haven’t traveled much, because things can go wrong. What’s important is the responsiveness of the host. This host was very apologetic and addressed the problem as quickly as she could. The rest of our stay was great.

We did all of our own cooking and the condo had everything we needed. Had an issue with the AC and management communicated well to get it fixed. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The property was exactly as listed. Neat. Clean. Perfectly located. Plenty of linens, dishware, silverware, pots, pans etc. The host was super communicative and even helped me find a place to park a small utility trailer nearby as the Condo property themselves do not allow such vehicular parking (it's a golf course property, they don't want people tearing in and out or bringing large, noisey vehicles). Love it and would rent again in a heartbeat if we're in the Myrtle Beach Area again.
