Villa Pavlina is a recently restored gem nestled in the picturesque village of Damavolos, set in the serene Cretan countryside. Just 20 minutes from the charming seaside settlement and beaches of Panormos, this cosy villa offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in traditional living. Enjoy complete privacy while taking in stunning views of the surrounding nature and olive groves, making it the perfect retreat for a peaceful and authentic experience.



The villa comprises five separate and autonomous areas, each with its own private entrance, spanning a total of 185m². This thoughtful layout is ideal for groups or friendly couples who wish to travel together while still enjoying their personal space.



Layout

The first area of the villa, located on the ground floor, offers an open-plan space designed for comfort and convenience. It features a cosy living room with a 50' smart TV with Netflix, a dining area, a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a WC.



The second area of the villa, also situated on the ground floor, features two spacious en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom provides a private and comfortable retreat, ensuring a restful stay with all the amenities you need, such as a 32’’ TV and closet space. All bedrooms are equipped with spacious 2.00 x 2.00 metre beds, air conditioning, and high-quality bed linen.



On the same level, a third area features the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.



The fourth area of the villa, located on the first floor, features a luxurious en-suite bedroom complete with a comfortable seating area. This space offers a private and elegant retreat, perfect for relaxation and tranquillity.



The fifth area hosts the final bedroom, also featuring an en-suite bedroom and seating area. Additionally, all bathrooms feature shower cabins, bathroom amenities and pool, as well as bathroom towels are provided for all guests, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.



Exterior

The outdoor area of Villa Pavlina, spanning 385m², is a luxurious oasis designed for relaxation and enjoyment. It features a private swimming pool, 1 metre deep, with step access and four in-pool loungers, perfect for leisurely dips and sun-soaked afternoons. The pool operates with salted water and can be heated upon request for an additional cost. Surrounding the pool are four comfortable sunbeds, two plush bean bag loungers, and two umbrellas, providing ample spots to unwind and bask in the sun. A cosy outdoor seating area offers a space for conversation and relaxation.

For dining, a shaded area under a pergola invites you to enjoy al fresco meals, complete with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor sink for easy meal preparation. Entertainment options include a ping pong table, ideal for friendly matches and family fun. Additionally, there is ample parking space for four cars just outside the villa premises, ensuring convenience for guests. This beautifully designed outdoor space is perfect for making the most of your time at Villa Pavlina, offering both relaxation and entertainment in a stunning setting.

- Pool can be heated upon request with extra charge and operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November)

- Quality bathroom towels, pool towels, bed linen, covers are provided.

- Pool cleaning every three days.

Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.

The number of guest should not exceed the number referred at the rental agreement. We do not hold any responsibility for the extra people.

While all pools are built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization, parents have full responsibility for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool or hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Diving is also prohibited
