Ilianthos Villa is a brand-new, modern villa with an impressive design, spacious living areas, stunning interior spaces, and sophisticated décor. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Panormo village, which boasts full amenities, sandy beaches, and a traditional architectural style.



The villa is a three-story building with a total area of 147 sqm, featuring a private mosaic-tiled pool measuring 17 sqm situated in the middle of a well-maintained lawn garden.



As you enter the villa on the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a large dining table. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary facilities and devices, such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, coffee maker, and more. On the same floor, there's a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower/WC designed for disabled persons.



On the first floor, you'll discover two more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC, while the other bedroom features twin beds and an en-suite shower/WC as well. All bedrooms are equipped with satellite flat-screen TVs and 3D glasses for watching 3D movies.



The lowest floor hosts a fully equipped and organized gym for your daily exercise routines, along with a hydromassage booth with a steam option for ultimate relaxation. Superb villa in a wonderful village

Six members of my family spent around 11 days at Villa Ilianthos - a beautiful villa, clean, well equipped and in a near perfect location. Manos was very kind and helpful throughout. He had bought various provisions for our arrival, including a very good warm pizza, much appreciated as we arrived extremely late in the evening due to a delayed flight. He responded very quickly to any questions we had. We love Panormos- a charming, relatively quiet village, but with plenty of good restaurants and shops, all within 5-10 minutes walk from the property. Although it would be good to visit even without a car, we hired a car from a local company for a few days to do some longer excursions and bigger supermarket shops. All in all, highly recommended.

Great Villa and location

The villa is excellent and has all the facilities that you require, it was very clean and Manos was very helpful at arrival and departure. The authentic meal provided by Manos' wife, Diana, was delicious and it was extremely kind of her to bring it over for us. The village is a short walk down the hill and has plenty of shops and restaurants. The villa is a short distance from the main highway and so it was easy to travel to see the sights. An excellent holiday and we would love to return.

Perfect location!

Villa Ilianthos was perfect for our family of 5. The location is PERFECT! You are within a 3 minute walk to the village of Panormos which has plenty to offer. There are many shops, tavernas, cafes and a couple great beaches. Very close to Rethymno and Bali beach too.

Beautiful villa with beach view

We arrived late at night, the host, Mr Manos, met us at the property and showed us round. The villa is beautifully finished to a very high standard, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hosts had left food in the fridge to tide us over the first night and breakfast next day, lots of thoughtful touches. The villa was cleaned and bedding changed mid week. Mrs Manos even prepared a lovely vegetarian meal for us one evening. The pool was smaller than it appears on the photos, but quite adequate. The hosts were happy to arrange taxis for us and help with any queries we may have had. There is a bus service available so we didn’t need a car to get about. Beach and village are within 5 mins walk, and there are lots of good restaurants. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa

Relaxing holiday

Wonderful villa in a lovely location. We had a fantastic 2 weeks stay and our hosts were amazing, so welcoming,. The villa was well stocked and although the pool slightly smaller was great. Would definitely come back again!

Wonderful Holiday in a Fantastic Villa

We have just returned from a fantastic week, staying in Villa Ilianthos. The villa was amazing, really spacious and modern and spotlessly clean and located very close to the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the gorgeous meal prepared for us by Manos and his wife and were very grateful for the fruit, water, beer and wine and all the other bits that had been put in there for us on arrival. We were very sad to leave but hope to visit again very soon.

Great modern property

This is a gorgeous villa, very modern and comfortable with loads of space. Kitchen is particularly well equipped and the lovely meal cooked by the owners was amazing! Local village has lots of lovely restaurants and shops. Would have given five stars if there had been a few more safety features for little ones- stair gates, a bath and a pool barrier as we couldn’t really relax with our 21 month old running around with exposed pool in garden. Would definitely stay again though.

Thoughtful hosts

The villa is spotlessly clean and very well set up. With plenty of water and some essential supplies, the hosts have put a lot of thought and attention to detail into the villa to ensure guests have a wonderful time and have everything they need. A particularly thoughtful gesture was cooking us a delicious authentic meal which we all really enjoyed. All and all, a fabulous holiday in a lovely location in a great villa.

Beautiful well equipped villa in gorgeous location

We stayed as a family of 6 in this villa in may 2019. The villa itself is superbly equipped with everything you need. Including toys for our son and even a spare pushchair. We arrived late and Manos was waiting for us. He had even left some snacks and wine for us to enjoy! The villa itself was perfect. Beautifully clean, with gorgeous views of the sea from all the bedrooms. Manos and his wife cooked us a gorgeous meal on one night and even surprised my mum with a birthday cake! What a lovely touch and so thoughtful. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. Great location close to nearby shops, restaurants and beach. Panormos was quiet but that's what we loved about it. Not too touristy and it felt like you were in real Crete. All in all a wonderful stay in a gorgeous villa with fantastic kind hosts.

Beautiful villa, very attentive host

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa had everything we needed, including drinks and food in the fridge, loungers by the pool, table tennis table. The villa was spotless, beds comfy and although we didn’t use it, there was a good gym in the basement. Panormo is a lovely quiet village with plenty of great restaurants and a good supermarket. The host lives across the road and was very attentive, including providing us with a beautiful meal midweek. We highly recommend this as a base to explore the sights of Crete.

Villa Illanthos stay June 2018

A fantastic modern, well equipped villa. 6 Adults stayed for a week and could not have asked for more. The Villa is on the hill looking down to the harbour, but is only a 5 minute walk to the centre. Panormos has plenty of different places to eat and was perfect for our relaxing week away. The Villa owner is just across the road, so always on hand if you need any help. They also cooked us a superb traditional dinner one evening, which was a lovely surprise. Many thanks. John & Rhona

Absolutely stunning villa with amazing views and walking distance to restuarants and shops

This villa is one of the best we have ever stayed in. It's immaculate, has every amenity you can think of and there were so many supplies provided (water, beer, wine, food, treats) we couldn't believe it! The village of Panormo is lovely, and restuarants and shops are all walking distance. Manus and his wife were so helpful, even providing a delicious Greek meal for us one night, and always around to help. We were very very grateful for Manus allowing us to stay later than usual check out time as we had such a late flight. We would love to come back.

Fantastic villa owned by an amazing host in a beautiful quiet seaside village

We had an amazing family holiday at this beautiful, well equipped villa! The host Manos and his lovely wife Diane took every care to make our stay comfortable and provided all the amenities one might need on holiday. The place was spotless and cleaned mid week with fresh towels and linen. Diane even cooked a lovely Cretan meal for us, which was absolutely delicious and such a warm touch of hospitality, we have never experienced till date in any other accommodation. The village of Panormo is peaceful and has a beach, supermarket, many tavernas and Baker/ butcher within walking distance of 5 min. It is convenient for exploring nearby Rethymnon and Moni Arcadiou as well as Sfentoni caves. We would highly recommend this villa!

Luxurious and spacious villa with a very warm welcome

Ilianthos villa is immaculately and thoughtfully finished down to every detail, we visited mid September 2018 and had a fantastic time. The owner, Manos, had thought about everything to make our holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We travelled with our 2.5 year old daughter and my wife's parents; on arrival the cot, high chair and spare stroller were set up and the fridge stocked with enough essentials to get us through the first day or so. Manos had even provided toys for my daughter in the garden and we were immediately relaxed and into the holiday spirit. The five of us had such a lovely time together in the lounge/kitchen and then off to various balconies and garden chairs for midday reading and relaxing. Panormos is a peaceful village with plenty of restaurants and bars to keep the family entertained, all of the restaurants were of a good standard and extremely welcoming to children. The two village shops facilitated our day to day needs mixed in with a trip to Lidl (about 25 minutes away) for nappies etc,. We hired a car for day trips and the airport, however, Panormos was well served by buses and taxis that a car wasn’t necessary. We spent most days around the villa enjoying the garden, games area (ping pong/darts) and gym room. Early evening we had dinner in the village and after putting my daughter to bed would relax on the sofas or around the outside dining area. The wifi/internet was of a high quality, we even used the TV to connect to Amazon Prime so that my daughter could watch her favourite films before the sun had risen! As mentioned in other reviews Manos’ wife prepared delicious meal for us during our last week, bringing plates of tasty stuffed vegetables and tomatoes as well as Greek pita bread. It was a lovely gesture and was greatly appreciated by all of us. On the whole the villa and the experience provided by Manos and his family was excellent, we couldn’t have been more welcome in beautiful and comfortable environment, it’s truly one of the best villas I’ve ever stayed in. Ευχαριστώ Manos, 10/10!

Nicest homeaway yet!

Fabulous property, every amenity we could want. The owner was always available to help and give us suggestions as to where to eat, etc. The facilities are beautiful and very well maintained. This is a MUST STAY on Crete. The beach, shops and restaurants are all in walking distance.

Comfortable Villa. Home from Home.

If you are looking for a villa away from it all this is the one! Set in a village in Crete it has a quiet surrounding and is well kept. A very short walk to restaurants a bakery and butchers and just off the main high way with a less than a 20 minute drive to the local Lidl for your bigger shop. The harbour and beach with local tavernas is also within walking distance so you can abandon the car for most of the holiday. Manos, who lives locally is a delight and it was lovely of his wife to make us a local dish. We only stayed a week but had a full clean mid week. Worth a visit!

Wonderful, wonderful wonderful

Myself, my husband and my disabled son stayed in this wonderful villa 2-16th sept 2016. We had a lovely stay due to the care of the family to help with all aspects of our needs. They arranged a hoist for us but did not realise it needed to get under the bed for my son to transfer from wheelchair to bed. They were horrified but once explained was sorted in the time it took us to put the kettle on. At one stage on the holiday I needed a doctor, manos took me there translated for me, took me to the chemist and brought me back and kept on checking during the rest of our stay to make sure I was well. The village was also lovely with a laid back quiet take on Greek life. Wonderful food to be had In the local restaurants, non of your macdonalds here!!! The whole holiday was a holiday from start to finish. Would recommend the villa, the village and of course the family in making it a holiday to remember.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Wir können uns nur allen positiven Kommentaren zum Haus selbst, dem Gastgeber Herrn Manos oder dem pittoreskem Ort mit seinen zahlreichen Lokalitäten anschließen. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub in einem super ausgestattetem Ferienhaus und einem sehr sympathischen Gastgeber.

Villa de rêve

Nous avons reçu un accueil formidable, dans une villa absolument parfaite. Le propriétaire fait tout pour que les occupants soient au mieux. Le frigo est pleins à l'arrivée et un repas est offert la veille du départ. La plage et le village, à 3 min à pieds, sont charmants. Les équipements de la villa sont parfaits. Je la recommande vivement.

Splendide villa à recommander !

Magnifique villa proche de toutes les commodités et idéalement située pour visiter la Crète. Propreté impeccable, aménagement complet, service en cours de séjour, petits cadeaux de bienvenue, ... L'épouse du propriétaire nous a concoctés un excellent plat crétois. Rien de négatif à souligner ! Nous recommandons et espérons y retourner lors de prochaines vacances.

Ideales Zuhause in einer atmosphärischen Kleinstadt

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Gleich zu Beginn eine herzliche Begrüßung durch die Gastgeber, die sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr nett um uns gekümmert haben. An einem Abend durften wir sogar die Kochkünste der Familie genießen. Köstlich. Hier sind Urlauber willkommen. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und ist perfekt an der Küste in einem Ort gelegen, in dem man vielerorts Essen gehen kann und stimmungsvoll den Sonnenuntergang genießt.

Besser geht nicht !

Tolles Haus, genau wie beschrieben (1A Ausstattung) und auf den Fotos dargestellt. Eigentümer wohnen direkt gegenüber und sind sehr gastfreundlich und überraschen mit Köstlichkeiten.
