I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and have a mixed opinion about this hotel. PROS: • Good location! It’s a 10-minute walk to town, which was the main reason I chose this hotel, since I didn’t want to rent a car or depend on buses. • Excellent breakfast included. • Free shuttle service from the ferry port or airport (and back). This is very convenient, considering the standard taxi rate in Mykonos is €40. • Due to a ferry strike, we had to change our stay, and Chrysa kindly rebooked our dates at no extra charge and followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Mayra at reception was very nice as well with great recommendations! • Nice sea views (especially from the restaurant and lobby). CONS: • The shuttle driver seemed upset and even came across as rude when picking us up, which gave a poor first impression. • Our room smelled like sewage when we arrived. • Some furniture feels old and worn. Even the wallpaper behind the bed was poorly applied, making the room look outdated. • The staff, in general, was not as warm and friendly as in other parts of Greece I’ve visited. • Rooms are not soundproof- you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the restaurant. Overall: I guess the price was ok for what I got but I would definitely look for a different option if I return to Mykonos.

Our Jr. Suite had an incredible view of the Mediterranean and the town of Mykonos! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety! About a 12 minute walk downhill to the main part of town.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Great breakfast and pool area and spacious rooms :). It’s a bit of a walk to town (especially coming back up the hill - it’s a hike) but the hotel offers free shuttles in the evenings which was a great addition. AC worked really well and the free shuttle to/from the ferry was a perk! Fair price for a great spot!

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff was amazing. The location is central to everything. The room was always clean. Breakfast was delicious with options for everyone. They made everything so easy for us. Transfers, recommendations, airport pickup and drop-off. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a 3 nights stay here for a friends 40th. From the moment we were collected from the airport via the free shuttle to our arrival and throughout our stay, the service and warmth from all staff was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble and were a great help ordering transfers for us. Special shout out to Mira on front desk - she was just the sweetest! This was my second time visiting Mykonos and it won’t be the last - and I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you Hotel Hermes and I hope to see you soon!

Very nice property, especially the suites. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers amazing views since it’s located at the top of a hill. It’s about a 10-minute walk down to the city center, but the walk back uphill may not be for everyone. Fortunately, there’s also a shuttle bus to the center. I especially enjoyed the huge terrace of our room, it had a great vibe and made our stay unforgettable with the views day and night. Also amazing sunset views.
