Rooms are great but big proplem woth the stan up shower. The water does out as it is Ont creatin that protect the waterf from going out. The hanger in the shower beside the sink is metel when you hang wet towel there is electricity so not safe

Very mixed review. I’ll start with the positives: - nice location with only a 2 minutes walk to Ornos beach and beachfront restaurants - Mathilda was very responsive to our questions and needs (except for her response to the incident mentioned below) - excellent breakfast served to your room - room was very clean - Mathilda was kind to late us check out at 2:30 pm as we had a 5 pm flight - cleaning staff washed my parents stained clothes after the incident Now for the negatives: - the hotel is new and just opened last summer. My parents and I stayed in a room that looked unfinished: no tables or chairs, no place to store your luggage or clothes, there were two alcoves that liked like they were meant to be closets but they had no doors or shelves or hangers, an exposed electrical switch with no cover, exposed nails in a window shutter where the handle was meant to be. - the incident that occurred on our last day happened when water leaked out from the shower stall onto the alcove floor where my parents had their clothes and luggage (because there are no closets or any place to store your clothes). The poor and faulty shower design has the floor sloping toward the shower door and the door sill meant to stop the water is not fixed and shifts when the water didn’t drain fast enough in the shower. Some of my parents clothes were stained and my mother’s leather purse was ruined. The company said we were negligent and did not provide any compensation.

Loved the gorgeous design of Faos Suites. It doesn’t have a pool, but there’s a short path to the beautiful beach clubs of Ornos (our favourite was Kuzina). Location was so convenient, staff were friendly and the room was very unique and well styled.
