The villa is located amidst lush greenery on a hilltop, on the Mussoorie-dhanolti-chamba Road, approximately 60 mins (26 kms) away from Mussoorie.

- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor.

Bathrooms:
- There are 3 ensuite bathrooms in the villa
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- All bathrooms also have a shower cubicle.

Common Areas:
- A separate dining room offers comfortable seating space for 6 people.
- Guests can enjoy the game zone on the mezzanine floor, which is equipped with table tennis, carrom, chess, books and lounging space.
- There is a 2000 sq.ft. lawn, which can seat up to 50 people comfortably.
- Apart from the main lawn, there is private sit-out attached to one of the bedroom.
- There is gazebo with private dining space for up to 20 people.

Kitchen:
- Guests have access to the kitchen and can avail services of the chef and butler.

Food & Beverages:
- All veg and non veg meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs.2200 per person, per day.
- During peak seasons, such as Diwali, Christmas and New Year’s, the meal cost is Rs.3000 per person, per day.
- All meals for kids between 5-8 years can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 600 per person, per day. Meals for kids up to 5 years is complimentary.
- Outside meals are strictly not allowed.
- An additional 5% tax will be applicable on meals.

Guest Access:

- In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

Staff Accommodation:
- We can provide accommodation for up to 4 personal staff members at an additional cost of Rs.1500 per person, per day including meals

- It is a steep 10mtr climb up to the property. The elderly and others who have trouble with mobility may find it difficult.
- There is a power backup at the property for up to 6-8 hours
- There are Cctv cameras at the entrance of the Villa and in the outdoor common areas.
- Meals will be served at appropriate meal timings.
- The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- Wifi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/airtel work fairly well here.

The host is usually not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a comfortable stay.
