Beautiful child friendly cottage on serene Bass Lake, Muskoka Lakes, 2hrs from Toronto. Nestled between MacTier and Port Carling, 15mins to either town. Eastern facing to enjoy gorgeous sunrises and great small and large mouth bass fishing.180’ of shallow, gradual walk in shoreline with no quick drop off. Large U shaped dock, fully landscaped property with ample parking and Bass Lake Roadhouse at end of lake, accessed by boat or car. Kids will love the on property beach, Fort, large sandbox and 2 swings.

Best Cottage EVER

This is the place to stay. Not only is the cottage itself beyond amazing. It’s modern and updated but still that cottage feel. All the beds were so comfortable (which is super important) The owners made it such a comfortable and pleasant stay and experience. We brought a dog with us and they were so loving and welcoming. There’s a bunkie which is large and perfect for a guest coming for a couple nights. Dock is perfect for swimming, tanning and fishing. Port Carling is 10 mins away to get your shopping and celebrities. All the amenities you need!! I have nothing but great things to say. You will not regret your stay here!! We’ll be back for sure!
