The staff was great, the rooms were clean, the pool was nice, but had dirt on bottom pool! The building was old, the furnishings were old, the breakfast was not appealing to me! Everything needed a face lift, but it was pretty clean all in all!

The property was clean. However, the guy helping with check in was vaping behind the counter while checking customers in. The shower curtain in our bathroom was falling off the wall, so the curtain would not stay closed. That made closing the curtain impossible and the floor completely wet. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, hard boil eggs, waffles or a few toast options. No juice was available, because the machine was broke.

Pretty sketchy

Booked this hotel by mistake - meant to book the same-name hotel in next town over: Grand Haven, which looked great. Beware: this place feels sketchy. Filthy halls, strong cooking smells (might have been a family living there?). Once in room it was fine and we were just passing through looking for a place to sleep but definitely the sketchiest place we’ve stayed.

They never had food at breakfast. Whenever someone asked to refill something they always responded we are busy we will get to it but never did. They were always in the back office talking to each other. Housekeeping didn't do one thing. There was no towels even in the pool area. Would not stay here ever again

I specifically chose this hotel because it offered a pool and breakfast, even though it was more than I wanted to spend. It listed conjoining rooms as an option, but we were told they did not have those when we got there. We were, however, given rooms right next to each other. The pool was nice. Breakfast was disappointing. No eggs or meat of any kind. I would have been better off choosing a cheaper hotel and going to a.restaurant for breakfast. Both rooms had damaged furniture and mine had garbage on the floor under the desk. Definitely not worth the money we paid.

Over all is good for one night. Friendly staff, good service but bathroom is old, need an upgrade, pillows had smile, I have a wheel cart but no elevator, I have to carry my wheel cart to the second floor. It was too loud but I don’t blame the hotel, it’s the customer whose there was too much.

When we checked in the room( room 112) we where given had not been cleaned, so they gave us a different room(128). The room had three of burnt out light bulbs, the sink drain ran very slowly, the bathroom door did not close, but the worst part was there was pump, or compresses that ran intermediately day and night. the noise in our room was very disturbing and the sound machine we had turned up to full volume could not cover up the pump noise.
