I had a horrible experience at Al Falaj Hotel in Muscat. The room service was extremely rude, and to make things worse, housekeeping came knocking on our door and ringing the bell at 8:30 in the morning to clean the room, waking us up unnecessarily. Later that same day, the power went off around 11 a.m., and after waiting over an hour in a boiling hot room, nobody from the hotel staff offered an explanation, an apology, or even basic assistance. We were forced to check out and move to another hotel, and they refused to refund the remaining days of our booking. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic hospitality was shocking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
