Amenities in OceanSide Village include water park (new 2013), indoor pool, outdoor pool, library, fitness center, playground, tennis courts, baseball field, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, basketball courts, fishing, and surf fishing. Golf cart rental available within community. This is an upstairs unit in a duplex. There is no access to the downstairs unit which is the owner's separate permanent dwelling.
