We had a wonderful stay. The home had everything we needed and then some. Plenty enough seating, comfortable furniture, lots of extra bedding and towels. No complaints whatsoever. We will for sure look into staying again for our next trip to Murphy’s.

This rental has it all! Thoughtfully placed chargers, fully stocked linen closets, plenty of kitchenware and appliances. We were able to walk to a winery, window shop and get ice cream downtown. Charming neighborhood and spacious rooms. I greatly appreciated the host’s clear and prompt communication including the handy QR codes around the rental explains things. Would definitely stay again!

The Sage Field House is beautiful and extremely comfortable for couples and families alike. The home is spacious, beautiful and full of amenities and essentials, so you want for nothing. When we first got there, there were a few problems - Leanna was easy and quick to communicate with - and these problems were handled decisively, were taken care of and we could start our vacation. We stayed in the home for almost a week as we were there for a wedding. The weather did not cooperate and it rained the entirety of our trip. We were able to walk to The Watering Hole (a restaurant with amazing burgers and fries) and shopping when the weather permitted, which are extremely close and only a few minutes' walk away. Downtown is where all the action is and that too is within walking distance and only about a 7-10 minute walk. All in all this house is lovely and very comfortable. Leanna is friendly, professional and willing and able to help in whatever manner possible to make her renters enjoy their stay in her home. Would we stay here again? Yes, absolutely - 100%.

Great Stay for a Wedding Weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Murphy's Sage House while in town for a friend’s wedding! The home was well-equipped with all the amenities our family needed, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks available for purchase via Venmo. The only minor issue was a strong odor upon arrival—possibly from nearby manure or animals—but after airing out the house and using some Lysol, it cleared up. Thank you for being such accommodating hosts!

The property is close enough to walk to downtown and quiet at night. Beautiful home with great consideration to the guests. Comfortable beds and plenty of seating. Our only struggles was figuring out the TV. Quick response from owners. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful and convenient location

This sage house was one of the most beautiful locations. I can say we’ve stayed at. The beds were amazing and the sheets were so super soft. Everything was easily accessible by walking. The house has everything and is very beautiful and spacious. They had labels on everything so it was easy to find things, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Girls weekend

The home was so clean, neat, organized and welcoming. This home had bountiful amenities from charge stations for electronics to inviting and cozy rooms. The kitchen drawers were all labeled making it easy to find the necessary accessories to put together meals. The bedrooms were cozy and all had comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of room to spread your “stuff” out. Bathrooms were well supplied with towels and toiletries. It truly was an amazing weekend to hang out with family and friends and reconnect. Loved this place and will definitely be going back.

The house is lovely! Very comfortable, well stocked, organized, good location with plenty of amenities. We had a fabulous time! Nice touch to have an honor system with snack options although we didn’t have any. Only a few minor issues; the kitchen garbage was 1/2 full & smelled upon arrival and the garbage cans were on the street still. Garbage gets picked up Thursday & we arrived late Friday evening. We would still return & recommend this sweet spot!
