Located just 400 metres from the sandy Playa de Muro beach, a few steps from shops/restaurants and on the edge of the virgin Albufera nature reserve, this 4-bedroom villa will impress you. Having everything within reach means you don't need to constantly depend on a car; yet without noisy bars in the area, a relaxing and peaceful holiday experience, just steps from the turquoise sea. The villa has been carefully designed to offer all modern comforts with an additional touch of class luxury. Additionally, the villa offers facilities for cyclists and bicycle storage, making it the perfect choice for a holiday in Mallorca.



Beach Villa Cosins 1 Mel is distributed over 2 floors, has been completely air-conditioned and has been intelligently designed to provide an exceptional sense of spaciousness (panoramic double-glazed windows, with mosquito nets). On the ground floor, there is an impressive purpose-built kitchen (fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), living room (satellite TV, wi-fi internet, music system), a spacious double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. Large patio doors open to the terrace next to the pool equipped with table, chairs and sofas. The upper floor, accessible via an internal staircase, houses 1 complete bathroom, 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms (one double, one double and one single, once again, all with air conditioning). A small annex next to the pool is available and serves as a WC + washbasin and a laundry room.



Outside, the generously sized private pool offers pleasant views over the Albufera river and is equipped with comfortable sun loungers. It measures 6m x 3.3m, the depth is 1.45m and access is through Roman Steps: a true oasis to relax under the Mallorcan sun, in total peace and tranquillity. But with such a perfect beach almost around the corner, the choice wants to be difficult: pool or "beach"? For outdoor dining enthusiasts, a brick barbecue is available, along with an outdoor dining table in the shade and a rest area. For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 14:00-16:00 and 20:00-8:00.



The tourist tax is included in the price.



Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
