The charming holiday home “Villa Martina” in the beautiful Sardinian seaside town of Costa Rei is perfect for a summer vacation very close to the fine-grained sand beach Spiaggia di Costa Rei. The child-friendly holiday home consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with bunk bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, fans, satellite television, a baby cot, a child´s bed and a highchair. The private outdoor area boasts a garden and covered terrace on which you can spend joyfull evenings with home-cooked dinners from the stone barbecue.
Given the central location of the villa, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, cafés and a bus station are just a 5-minute (300 m) walk from the property. The closest beach, Spiaggia di Costa Rei, can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes (600 m). The natural resort Piscina Rei, is located 2,5 km (5-minute drive) north of the villa.
