Roxanna was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host. There was a lovely atmosphere at the hotel and generous and tasty breakfasts. The hotel was very conveniently located and was good value for money.

We had a great stay in a very quite neighborhood.. No AC in the room but it was cold when we open the window. A little bit hassle when we have to call by phone the owner for the direction on how to get in the hotel. The room and the beddinhs are clean.

Great place for family

Amazing place. Clean, comfortable, close to Goetheplatz train station. There is no lift/elevator, but it was an easy flight of stairs to carry the luggage up. The owners are on property for a limited time, but they worked with us to complete an online check in and left keys on property to allow a late arrival. They have breakfast on site, but there are many cute cafes around for breakfast as well.

Great location even with Metro transport constraints buses are reliable and walking distance to centre etc. Great host and facilities only negative was no air con but more than reasonably priced

The location was convenient. Good restaurants and public transport nearby. The breakfast was good. The shower was good. The property was a total disaster. The room was tiny. No room to move once luggage was placed. Hardly any ventilation. No AC and not even a fan. No privacy. Curtains had to be kept closed as people could see into the room. TV badly located. Towels were worn out. A common tea facility was there. The electric kettle was faulty. If one has no choice avoid room 15 !!! Overall a dissapoint entry.

the location is good, just two stops away from the centre. Other than that this is a one star hotel. they do not provide you any soap or sampoo or anything. just a handwash and towels. the floor was not clean, there was something on the floor, it was sticky. there was some kind of smell in it as well.

Very convenient location to transportation, both above and underground options. Close to train station, restaurants. Breakfasts were the typical European style with many choices and beautifullly served. The only downside was no fault of this Pension...there was major construction next door which began at 07:00 six days a week. The pension is also located in a lively neighborhood so there was more traffic noise than in other options. All things considered, the amenities, friendly staff, and location of the pension out weigh the noisier issues. Great bargain for good, no frills lodging. Highly recommend.
